Terrence Patrick Dunn Jr. is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 12 years of experience in brokerage and 15 years in construction. A Kansas City native, Terrence holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Kansas and a construction degree from Metropolitan Community College.
Notable projects include the Opus Development at Briarcliff, a large-scale multifamily development, and the sale of a complex parking garage to Block & Company in downtown Kansas City. Both projects were significant, high-profile deals showcasing his expertise in complex real estate transactions and development.
Outside of real estate, Terrence is active in his community, serving on the City of Fountains Foundation and as a longtime supporter of the National Kidney Foundation. He also recently coached his son’s undefeated football team, emphasizing teamwork and growth.
