Chris Williams- CEO Owner
Chris brings over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate development, specializing in every stage of the process from site selection and zoning to project execution and completion. After serving as Vice President of Development at Briarcliff Development, Chris co-founded Highlands Development in 2012, where he currently leads key development projects.
Over his career, Chris has been involved in over $600 million worth of projects, including notable developments such as the Heartland Regional Medical Center ($100M), the Briarcliff Hilltop Office Tower ($50M), and several Veterans Affairs Clinics ($40M). He has also contributed to large-scale projects like the Riverside Horizons Industrial Park ($75M) and McCrite Plaza ($45M).
In addition to his work in development, Chris is a principal at Highlands Enterprises, LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned company, where he works closely with his father-in-law, a Vietnam Veteran. Chris also partners with investors to raise capital for projects and manages a portfolio of real estate assets across multiple sectors, including office, retail, and medical space.
Chris is an active member of professional organizations such as CCIM and NAIOP, and is a strong supporter of charitable initiatives like St. Jude’s Charity.
